No Pit
Our Residence lifts are designed to operate without the need for a pit exceeding 150 to 250mm in depth
No Head Room
For our elevators, specifically designed for residential use, a ceiling height of just 2500mm (FFL-Ceiling) is sufficient, unlike commercial elevators that require additional headroom
No Machine Room
In accordance with the machine directive code, it is crucial to ensure that the machine room is never located within the elevator shaft.
